As Members know, the CAIDP Annual General Meetings are always followed by a reception. This year CAIDP is pleased to announce that Mark Lusignan, former Director General of Grants and Contributions Management at Global Affairs Canada (GAC) and his successor Michael Collins will address the meeting. Mark is moving within the department and will serve as the Special Advisor to the Chief Financial Officer of Global Affairs Canada providing leadership in the areas innovative finance as well as advancing initiatives that support streamlining and efficiencies in the area of Grants & Contributions management.
Mark is well known to CAIDP members for his many appearances at CAIDP conferences and webinars to update members on the latest on development services contracting at GAC as well as involving CAIDP members in joint working groups to improve the procurement and contracting of international development services. We are looking forward to continuing the tradition with Michael and continuing to work with Mark in his new role.
All members in good standing are invited to attend the AGM on March 25, 2019 at 5:00pm and should have received an invitation. If you have not received an invitation, please contact Nicole Leguerrier at nicole.leguerrier@caidp-rpcdi.ca.
