The event will bring monitoring and evaluation experts from donor governments, development finance institutions, and aid agencies, together with private asset managers and investment funds engaging in blended finance, in order to:

  • Foster the exchange of information and experiences among evaluation and Results Based Management (RBM) practitioners on blended finance instruments,

  • Identify existing information gaps for decision makers on development performance and results,

  • Discuss which evaluation and RBM strategies bring the highest learning potential for policy makers.
