About: 

Over 25 years experience in international development in Asia and Africa, including agricuture, food security, natural resource management and climate change, community development, small business development, team building, organizational development, monitoring and evaluation, community based organisations, civil society, government relations.

Wide range of experience, from hands on work in rural development programs to being the Bangladesh Country Director of an international organization with over 200 staff members. Participated in monitoring and evaluating  numerous programs and organizations in various countries, including the CIDA Country-Wide Long-Term Programs in Bangladesh and Ethiopia.

Lived in Bangladesh for 12 years. Fluent in English, proficient in Bengali.
