This year we are pleased to be hosting our conference at the Palais des Congrès in Gatineau, Quebec. Completely renovated in 2011, the Gatineau Convention Center has everything you need to make your event a success across the board. Since its official inauguration on January 31, 2011, the Palais des congrès, which offers a cutting edge technology, wish to occupy a growing place in the circuit of conferences and major events in the Ottawa-Gatineau region.

FLIGHT
If you plan to fly to the conference, please take advantage of our ‘meeting/convention’ discount code with WestJet. The discount code will offer a 10% discount off WestJet’s best-available Flex and Econo fares up to seven days prior to the conference. This code is valid for WestJet flights into Ottawa. Due to the Victoria Day weekend, discount blackout dates are from May 14-19, 2015.
