Annual and Special Meeting of the Members 2012 & 2013
ELECTION
List of Directors:
CAIDP by-laws require that there be a minimum of 11 and a maximum of 17 Directors elected to the Board from the Membership. Directors are elected for a two-year term, with half of the Board retiring every year. The following Directors, elected for a two-year term at the last AGM 2012 will continue in office over the next year:
- Henry Knight, DevPar, Cobourg, Ontario
- Erin Palmer, Independent Consultant, Ottawa, Ontario
- Evan Green, Baastel, Gatineau, Quebec
- Philip Cox, Plan:Net, Calgary, Alberta
- Richard Beattie, Independend Consultant, Ottawa, Ontario
The following Directors, have resigned from the Board for personal reasons:
- Harley Johnson, C.A.C. International, Montreal, Québec
- Colin Turnpenny, Independent Consultant, Grafton, Ontario
The following Directors, elected to a two year term at the 2011 Annual General Meeting of the Members have completed their terms and are running for re-election:
- Jean-Joseph Bellamy, Independent Consultant, Ottawa
- John Lazier, Independent Consultant, Courtice, Ontario
- Keith Ogilvie, Independent Consultant, Victoria, British Columbia
- Pamela Branch, Project Services International, Ottawa, Ontario
- Steven Synyshyn, Independent Consultant, Toronto, Ontario
- Robert Francis, Agriteam, Calgary, Alberta
- Anne Fouillard of the Fouduck Group of Rose Bay Nova Scotia
There is nothing in the By-Laws precluding Board Members from running for re-election.
Members of CAIDP are encouraged to nominate themselves or others for election to the Board of Director(s). The following members have agreed to stand for the Board of Directors 2014 and 2015:

- Mary Lynch, Independent Consultant, Ottawa, Ontario
- Julian Murray, Independent Consultant, Ottawa, Ontario
CAIDP encourages Board nominations from across the country. In order to allow all members equal opportunity to review and vote nominations close one week prior to the election.
