ELECTION
List of Directors:
CAIDP by-laws require that there be a minimum of 11 and a maximum of 17 Directors elected to the Board from the Membership. Directors are elected for a two-year term, with half of the Board retiring every year.
The following Directors, elected for a two-year term at the last AGM will continue in office over the next year:
- Keith Ogilvie, independent consultant, Victoria
- Pamela Branch, Project Services International, Ottawa
- Mary Lynch, MM Lynch Consultants International, Ottawa
- Julian Murray, independent consultant, Ottawa
- Jim Chester, Canadian International Project Management Ltd., Oakville, Ontario
- Anne Fouillard of the Fouduck Group of Rose Bay Nova Scotia.
- Jean-Joseph Bellamy, independent consultant, Ottawa
- John Lazier, independent consultant, Courtice, Ontario
- Steven Synyshyn, independent consultant, Toronto
- Alan Wilson, Cowater, Ottawa
- Ann Good, independent consultant, Ottawa
- Robert Francis, Agriteam, Calgary
The following Directors, having completed a two year term or for personal reasons are stepping down from the Board:
- Richard Beattie, independent consultant, Ottawa, Ontario
- Henry Knight, DevPar Financial Consulting, Cobourg, Ontario
- Evan Green, Baastel, Gatineau, Quebec
The following Directors, elected to a two year term at the 2012 Annual General Meeting of the Members have completed their terms and are running for re-election:
- Philip Cox, Plan:Net, Calgary
- Erin Palmer, independent consultant, Ottawa, Ontario
There is nothing in the By-Laws precluding Board Members from running for re-election.
Members of CAIDP are encouraged to nominate themselves or others for election to the Board of Director(s). The following members have agreed to stand for the Board of Directors 2015 and 2016:
- Elisabetta Micaro, Universalia, Montreal, Quebec
- Janice Kopinak, independent consultant, Guelph, Ontario
- Norman Looker, Burnside, Ottawa, Ontario
CAIDP encourages Board nominations from across the country. In order to allow all members equal opportunity to review and vote nominations close one week prior to the election.
