ELECTION

List of Directors:

CAIDP by-laws require that there be a minimum of 11 and a maximum of 17 Directors elected to the Board from the Membership. Directors are elected for a two-year term, with half of the Board retiring every year.

The following Directors, elected for a two-year term at the last AGM will continue in office over the next year:

  1. Pamela Branch, Project Services International, Ottawa, Ontario
  2. Jean-Joseph Bellamy, Independent consultant, Ottawa, Ontario
  3. Norman Looker, Burnside, Ottawa, Ontario
  4. Philip Cox, Plan:Net, Calgary, Alberta
  5. Kendra Toby, Agriteam, Gatineau, Quebec
  6. Hussein Amery, Universalia, Montreal, Quebec
  7. Jane Fuller, JBF Development Consulting, Ottawa, Ontario
  8. Elissar Sarrouh, Expert Consulting on Governance Inc., Ottawa, Ontario
  9. Ingrid Fischer, CCA, Ottawa, Ontario

The following Directors, having completed a two year term or for personal reasons are stepping down from the Board:   

  1. Kiari Liman-Tinguiri, IEDAS, Ottawa, Ontario
  2. Jim Chester, Canadian International Project Management Ltd., Oakville, Ontario
  3. Steven Tipman, TFO Canada, Ottawa, Ontario
  4. Julian Murray, Independent consultant, Ottawa, Ontario
  5. Yuliya Prodaniuk, Independent Consultant, North York, Ontario

There is nothing in the By-Laws precluding Board Members from running for re-election.

The following Directors, elected to a two year term at the 2015 Annual General Meeting of the Members have completed their terms and are running for re-election:

  1. Lucas Ladurantaye, Ladurantaye Consulting, Gatineau, Quebec
  2. Alan Wilson, Cowater, Ottawa, Ontario
  3. Jean Lowry, University of Waterloo, Waterloo, Ontario

Members of CAIDP are encouraged to nominate themselves or others for election to the Board of Director(s). The following members have agreed to stand for the Board of Directors 2018 and 2019:

  1. Zaki Munshi, TFO Canada, Ottawa, Ontario
  2. Tom Cormier, Thomas Cormier Consulting, Ottawa, Ontario
  3. Ian Murdoch, Marine Institute of Memorial University, St. John's, Newfoundland
  4. Tristan Cole, Bow Valley College, Calgary, Alberta

CAIDP encourages Board nominations from across the country. In order to allow all members equal opportunity to review and vote nominations close one week prior to the election.
