Annual Meeting of the Members 2018 (March 25, 2019)

ELECTION

List of Directors:

CAIDP by-laws require that there be a minimum of 11 and a maximum of 17 Directors elected to the Board from the Membership. Directors are elected for a two-year term, with half of the Board retiring every year.

The following Directors, elected for a two-year term at the last AGM will continue in office over the next year:

  1. Alan Wilson, Cowater, Ottawa, Ontario
  2. Jean Lowry, University of Waterloo, Waterloo, Ontario
  3. Zaki Munshi, TFO Canada, Ottawa, Ontario
  4. Tom Cormier, Thomas Cormier Consulting, Ottawa, Ontario
  5. Tristan Cole, Bow Valley College, Calgary, Alberta

The following Directors, having completed their two year term or for personal reasons are stepping down from the Board:   

  1. Jane Fuller, JBF Development Consulting, Ottawa, Ontario
  2. Norman Looker, Burnside, Ottawa, Ontario
  3. Jean-Joseph Bellamy, Independent consultant, Ottawa, Ontario
  4. Ian Murdoch, Marine Institute of Memorial University, St. John's, Newfoundland
  5. Lucas Ladurantaye, Ladurantaye Consulting, Gatineau, Quebec

There is nothing in the By-Laws precluding Board Members from running for re-election.

The following Directors, elected to a two year term at the 2016 Annual General Meeting of the Members have completed their terms and are running for re-election:

  1. Pamela Branch, Project Services International, Ottawa, Ontario
  2. Philip Cox, Plan:Net, Calgary, Alberta
  3. Kendra Toby, Agriteam, Gatineau, Quebec
  4. Hussein Amery, Universalia, Montreal, Quebec
  5. Elissar Sarrouh, Expert Consulting on Governance Inc., Ottawa, Ontario
  6. Ingrid Fischer, 

Members of CAIDP are encouraged to nominate themselves or others for election to the Board of Director(s). The following members have agreed to stand for the Board of Directors 2019 and 2020:

  2. Pernille Fischer Boulter, Kisserup International Trade Roots, Inc., Halifax, Nova Scotia
  3. Evan Due, Surrey, British Columbia

CAIDP encourages Board nominations from across the country. In order to allow all members equal opportunity to review and vote nominations close one week prior to the election.
