Annual and Special Meeting of the Members 2022 (March 28, 2023)

ELECTION

List of Directors:

CAIDP by-laws require that there be a minimum of 11 and a maximum of 19 Directors elected to the Board from the Membership. Directors are elected for a two-year term, with half of the Board retiring every year.

The following Directors, elected for a two-year term at the last AGM will continue in office over the next year:

  1. Alan Wilson, Cowater, Ottawa, Ontario
  2. David Comerford, CLIC, Ottawa, Ontario
  3. Ian Lobo, Accenture Development Partnerships, Oakville, Ontario
  4. Ivo Balinov, Parliamentary Centre, Ottawa, Ontario
  5. Jane Jamieson, Executive Advisor, Digital Opportunity Trust (DOT), Senior Associate, Project Services International (PSI), Board Member, Springtec Enerji, Turkey and Perth, Ontario
  6. Jennifer Denomy, MEDA, Cambridge, Ontario 
  7. Noel Millson, Independant Consultant, Guelph, Ontario
  8. Vilupti Christina Lok Corlis, Vancouver Island University and Independent Consultant, British Columbia

The following Directors, having completed a two year term or for personal reasons are stepping down from the Board:   

  1. Abbas Sumar, Sumar + Associates Ltd., St. Catharines, Ontario
  2. Debanjan Mookerjea, Engineering Manager, R.J. Burnside & Associates Limited
  3. Hussein Amery, Universalia, Montreal, Quebec

There is nothing in the By-Laws precluding Board Members from running for re-election.

The following Directors, elected to a two year term at the 2020 Annual General Meeting of the Members have completed their terms and are running for re-election:

  1. Pernille Fischer Boulter, Kisserup International Trade Roots, Inc., Halifax, Nova Scotia
  2. Evan Due, Surrey, School of Public Policy and Global Affairs, UBC, British Columbia
  3. Chris Enns, Plan:Net, Calgary, Alberta
  4. Christian Novak, Delphos International - FMA Inc., Montréal, Québec
  5. Kendra Toby, Alinea International, Gatineau, Quebec
  6. Pamela Branch, Project Services International, Ottawa, Ontario
  7. Jean-Joseph Bellamy, Consultant, Ottawa, Ontario

Members of CAIDP are encouraged to nominate themselves or others for election to the Board of Director(s). The following members have agreed to stand for the Board of Directors for 2023-24:

  1. Brianna Parent Long, VIDEA, Ottawa, Ontario
  2. Silas Mvulirwenande, Universalia, West Mount, Quebec

CAIDP encourages Board nominations from across the country. In order to allow all members equal opportunity to review and vote nominations close one week prior to the election.
