Applications are now open for the fifth EvalPartners Peer-to-peer (P2P) program. This program offers $10,000 (US) grants to VOPEs from the North and the South who work together on a short term project (a few months). This iteration of the program is focussed on evaluating Democracy, Human Rights and Governance initiatives.
