2011 CAIDC Annual General Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Meeting (the “Meeting”) of the Members of the Canadian Association of International Development Consultants (“CAIDC”) will be held at  the Ottawa Convention Centre ~ 55 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa Ontario, on the 13th day of May, 2011, at 15:30 pm (Ottawa time) for the following purposes:

 

  1. To review the Minutes of the 2009 Annual General Meeting (available on the CAIDC website);
  2. To review the 2010 Annual Report of the Board of Directors to the Membership (available on the CAIDC website);
  3. To receive and review the financial statements for  CAIDC for the year ending December 31, 2009;
  4. To appoint auditors for the ensuing year and to authorize the Board of Directors to fix their remuneration.
  5. To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment or adjournments thereof;
  6. To elect directors for the ensuing year.
