CAIDP AGM 2019
Due to the unprecedented pandemic of the COVID-19 coronavirus, the CAIDP AGM will be held online only using GOTOMeeting. We understand this is a departure from our normal procedures but are working to respond to this crisis while remaining accountable to our membership.
Documents for the CAIDP Annual General Meeting for 2019 are now posted at https://www.caidp-rpcdi.ca/content/2019-annual-general-meeting on the members’ space of the CAIDP website (need to log in).
The AGM will be on March 30, 2019, at 17h00 EST. If you have not done so, PLEASE CONFIRM IF YOU WILL ATTEND by informing Nicole at nicole.leguerrier@caidp-rpcdi.ca before 6 pm on March 22nd and please include your email address.
All CAIDP members are invited to attend the AGM electronically
- You will connect via GOTOMeeting the instructions will be available in the calendar invitation you will receive as well as on the CAIDP website.
- You are encouraged to download the PowerPoint presentation (need to login) to assist in following the discussions.
CAIDP members who cannot attend electronically are encouraged to review the documents and fill in the proxy voting form
- Fill in and send back the proxy form found here https://www.caidp-rpcdi.ca/sites/caidp-rpcdi.ca/files/AGM/2019_AGM_Proxy_Form.docx before 10h00 on March 30, 2020.
Please remember that only Individual and Corporate Members in good standing are eligible to stand for and vote for the Board, but associate and student members are welcome to attend as observers.

While all members are welcome to attend, only paid up Corporate or Individual members may submit agenda items, run for the Board or vote at the AGM.
