The position will be based in the Ottawa-Gatineau region.
As a member of TFO Canada’s Senior Leadership Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for program planning, implementation through a Program Team. The Program Director is also responsible for ongoing communications with donors, including results-based reporting, of TFO Canada’s programs, as well as identifying other project opportunities in Africa. The Program Director works with other members of the team in the management of strategic partnerships and business development activities, which includes the preparation of new program proposals.
