Key Responsibilities
- Develop and (co-)lead the Zero Hunger/ Food Security portfolio, including: craft a portfolio development strategy, position Universalia in target markets, curate pipeline development, manage teams of staff and external consultants, and manage the portfolio financially.
- Drive business development & revenues: originate and lead development opportunities (EOIs/RFPs), lead technical & financial proposal preparation, and manage existing and potential client and partner relationships.
- Develop and deliver quality services to a set of clients, including but not limited to strategic and program evaluations, RBM frameworks, strategic plans, and diverse assessments and studies.
- Lead projects end-to-end: scope, plan, budget, deliver, manage risk, assure quality.
- Manage consultant teams: recruit, train, and supervise internal staff and external consultants.
- Uphold quality and learning: abide by corporate policies, uphold commitment to excellence, cultivate teamwork, create opportunities for learning for clients, partners, teams and the wider community.
