Brief Description
The Technological Platforms project seeks to strengthen public institutions to the diverse needs and rights of crime victims in Guatemala, especially women and vulnerable groups, through the use of technology that will improve information and coordination of services aimed at victims.
The expected results of the project are:
To develop a Progressive Web Application that includes the following elements:
- Public-facing part of the application with information on victim care services in Guatemala in Spanish and 4 Mayan languages: K'iche ', Q'eqchi, Kaqchikel and Mam.
- Tools for victim service providers that facilitate case management, coordination and data analysis of victim services.
