Pre-qualification of Evaluators - International Development
Starting in January 2015, Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada (DFATD), will use the Task and Solutions based Professional Services (TSPS) - Supply Arrangement (SA) of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) for its development evaluation service requirements.
DFATD therefore encourages professional evaluators to participate in one of the quarterly refresh opportunities open to suppliers in order to become pre-qualified in TSPS. These solicitations are accessible via the Government Electronic Tendering Services commonly referred to as Buy and Sell / Tenders: https://buyandsell.gc.ca/procurement-data/tenders as follows:

The current solicitation is now open and will be closing on 14 November 2014. PWGSC’s estimated award date is December 31, 2014. DFATD will use the “Evaluation Services Consultant” category under the Business Consulting/Change Management Stream of these RFSA’s.
The TSPS RFSA accepts applications 3 times per year, and the next refresh is expected to close in March 2015.
