Payroll and Benefits Manager
Mennonite Economic Development Associates (MEDA) is recruiting for a Payroll and Benefits Manager (15-month contract) to join our dedicated and talented Human Capital team in our mission to create business solutions to poverty!
The Payroll and Benefits Manager will be responsible for the in-house, full cycle, semi-monthly and monthly payroll for hourly and salary employees, for Canada, United States and International Expat/TCN staff. The role will manage and administer all group benefits, as related to employees in Canada, United States and Internationally. In addition, the Payroll and Benefits Manager will provide support to the Human Capital department on employee documentation, contracts and amendments, policy administration and other current projects where needed. The position is based in Waterloo, Ontario and will begin in June 2021.
