Canadian Leaders in International Consulting (CLIC), a consulting company based in Ottawa, is looking for consultants with the following profiles for an upcoming evaluation:
Senior Evaluator – GBV Specialist (international)
Required:
- 15+ years’ experience in evaluations, with strong emphasis on GBV and evaluations in humanitarian contexts
Assets:
- Technical experience in GBV program design/management/coordination in humanitarian contexts
- Experience in Iraq, Myanmar, Nigeria, South Sudan or working on Syria response (Turkey)
- Arabic language skills
Evaluator – GBV Specialist (regionally-based)
CLIC is seeking three (3) regionally-based consultants in each of the following regions: South East Asia, the MENA region and Africa.
Required for all positions:
- 5+ years’ experience in GVB program design/management/coordination in humanitarian contexts
- 5+ years’ experience conducting evaluations in humanitarian contexts
MENA region evaluator
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic is required
- Previous experience in Iraq or working on the Syria response (Turkey) is a strong asset
South East Asia evaluator:
- Previous experience working in Myanmar and command of local language is a strong asset
Africa evaluator:
- Previous experience working in Nigeria or South Sudan is a strong asset
