Evaluability Assessment for Impact Evaluation - full guidance note is written by Greet Peersman, Irene Guijt, and Tiina Pasanen. It is published by the Methods Lab of the Overseas Development Institute (ODI), in collaboration with BetterEvaluation.org and the Australian Government.
The guide is intended for evaluators who are called to prepare evaluability assessments and for people who are commissioning or funding such an exercise. It provides principles and methodological advice, checklists and decision support guidance.
