Ten Steps to a Results- Based Monitoring and Evaluation System

Ten Steps… is a handbook for development practitioners, which is a comprehensive ten-step model that can be followed for designing and building a results-based M&E system.  It allows for adjusting to an organization’s political realities and imperatives. The ten steps begin with a “readiness assessment” and take one through the design, management and, importantly, the sustainability of an M&E system. It is available on the OECD web site: http://www.oecd.org/dataoecd/23/27/35281194.pdf
