Chair: Louise Forget-Delph - Sprott School of Business, Carleton Université

Louise works as the MBA Career and Internship Coordinator at the Sprott School of Business.  She is uniquely positioned to facilitate linkages between MBA students and potential employers through 20+ year of management experience in the private and not-for-profit sectors and her MBA in Management and Change (2010) from the Sprott School of Business.  Louise’s previous experience includes Controller at the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada and Accounting Manager at Medigas. Through her involvement with Centre for Voluntary Research and Development (now 3ci),  Louise has facilitated workshops on CRA compliance topics for staff, board members and volunteers of charitable organizations and mentored students volunteering in the Sprott Charities Tax Clinics.

John Lunn - Chartered Accountant

John Lunn has practiced as a Public Accountant for over three decades. Over that time, his professional effectiveness has been strengthened by his ability to quickly adapt himself to his clients’ needs. In his long career, John has had particular success in innovating in his field by relying on his unique combination of "hands-on" experience in business operations, finance, and human resource management. He has had extensive seasoning at a national firm of Chartered Accountants as well as a central federal government department, and at a Crown Corporation.

George Fortier - Senior Technical Interpretation Analyst, Canada Revenue Agency

George has over 20 years of experience as a tax professional with the Canada Revenue Agency. He has been with the program since June 1990 and has extensive experience in GST/HST Rulings Outreach as a GST/HST Senior Technical Interpretation Analyst. He has many years experience dealing with small business in the fields of taxes and lending. Recently, he has been focused on delivering presentations and training on the implementation of the HST in Ontario and the new GST/HST Place of Supply rules.
