Elizabeth Dyke

Elizabeth has been a health and social development consultant since 2008, conducting evaluations, facilitation, capacity building workshops, research projects, getting ethical approvals in-country, and writing reports. She has worked on projects in Canada, United States, Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Mozambique, eSwatini, Congo, Egypt, Turkey, Thailand, Philippines, and Myanmar. She has also worked remotely on projects in Jordan, Burundi, Senegal, Madagascar, Burkina Faso and Sierra Leone. She has worked with governments, NGOs, universities and private industry in a broad range of areas, including in the areas of HIV and sexual and reprodoctive health, maternal and child health, neglected tropical diseases, nutrition, gender, and health management information systems (HMIS). Elizabeth Dyke has a PhD in Population Health. Her dissertation work focused on INGOs working in HIV/AIDS in Kenya and issues of health equity. Prior to becoming a consultant, she held a number of senior management roles, including Director of the Canadian Population Health Initiative at the Canadian Institute for Health Information, and Director of the Health Charities of Canada (a coalition of 53 Canadian health charities).
