The Director of Finance and Administration is responsible in leading the financial management of the organization and all the projects that includes financial systems, accounting, budgeting and program administrative support. S/He supervises the accounting, finance and program support team. The Director of Finance and Administration oversees the overall accounting functions including tracking and reporting of activities against financial objectives, financial reporting for the projects, periodic financial statements for TFO Canada’s Board of Directors and provides support to the project management team.
