A propos

I have been working in the field of economic development for over twelve years with a focus on monitoring and results measurement and women’s economic empowerment. I have had the opportunity to design and implement OECD and Donor Committee for Enterprise Development (DCED) compliant MRM systems and WEE frameworks for a range of private sector and governance programs (such as Katalyst, Market Development Facility, WB Governance and Public Sector Reform project) across multiple sectors over varied economic contexts in South and Southeast Asia, the Pacific and selective countries in Africa.

My experience of working with teams from programmes managed by multiple donors including FCDO (DFID, UK), DFAT Australia, SDC and the World Bank gives me a strong understanding of the practicalities of implementing MRM systems for decision making across large multi-country programmes across complex settings. Alongside monitoring and results measurement I have had the opportunity to evaluate programmes managed by UNCDF and Global Affairs Canada. While my professional experience has been largely on monitoring and results measurement in private sector and market systems development programmes, my academic background on economic development policy and research gives me a strong foundation in research tools, particularly in mixed methods.

Alongside managing multi-country teams, I have also have the opportunity to work with individuals from different cultural backgrounds through exciting field missions and trainings/capacity building sessions.
