Description
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will support and collaborate with a HR Business Partner in the delivery of integrated business solutions to clients in a portfolio approach. More specifically, you will provide operational services such as the provision of compensation and benefits information to employees and managers, coordination of talent acquisition (i.e. recruitment and staffing) processes, file and information management and maintenance, the coordination of various operational processes, and the provision of administrative services to the team.
 
Candidate Profile 
Education
  • College diploma in human resources, industrial relations, administration or other related field
  • University degree is an asset
  • Experience
  • Position requires two years of experience in providing operational and administrative services in one of the following HR disciplines: recruitment and staffing or compensation and benefits
  • Experience in both above-mentioned disciples is an asset
Language
  • Bilingual position (English and French) at an advanced level
Knowledge  
  • Knowledge of Human Resources disciplines and best practices
  • Good knowledge of staffing principles, practices and processes
  • Good knowledge of compensation and benefits
Competencies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, tact, discretion and diplomacy
  • Strong client service skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to provide clear information
  • Sound judgement, initiative and ability to set priorities and work under pressure
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Ability to work well with minimal supervision
  • Superior MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), internet, website management skills
