Icegate Solutions is actively recruiting for an Organizational Development Consultant for one of our federal government clients.

This is a yearlong contract in which you will use your extensive training and development experience in conducting training and learning programs and creating learning strategies to enhance the effectiveness of a key government department. Have a hand
in shaping the culture and structure within a department that provides freedom and security for all Canadians.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Recommending Learning program development and modify existing learning structures
• Assist with the development of evaluation program including policies, methods, and instruments
• Conduct evaluations and validate instruments used in evaluations
• Developing agendas, drafting minutes, providing facilitation and preparing presentations
• Specify required training outcomes in terms performance objectives, qualification standards, training plans and training strategy.
• Prepare documentation for the development of an instructional program

In order to be considered for this position, you must possess:
• Government of Canada Enhanced/Reliability security clearance
• Must hold a University degree in Education or in Human Resources
• Must have a minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience within Training and Learning
• Must have a minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in drafting Statements of Work for training-related projects
• Must have a Professional Certificate relevant to training and development
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience of Human Resources Management within the Federal Government
