Canadian Leaders in International Consulting Inc. (CLIC) has established a LEARNING Division, which is dedicated to offering high quality training courses certified by our own qualified specialists, in partnership with Canadian colleges and universities and international institutes. CLIC-LEARNING will build on CLIC’s excellent reputation in providing specialized training to public institutions and not-for-profit clients.

CLIC-LEARNING will implement current contracts for students and professionals to study in Canada. Through this endeavor, we will target governments, international organizations, not-for-profit organizations, private sector companies, and individuals. We will offer a suite of services to be provided at our international offices and in Canada at our partner institutes. CLIC-Learning will offer regular certificate-based skills development, including English as a Second Language and other technical courses in a mixed delivery method (instructor and E-Learning).

CLIC-LEARNING will provide services to those wishing to study in Canadian universities, public and private colleges. This service will be provided as a fee for service in a brokerage service approach that will target individuals and institutions. CLIC-LEARNING will have agreements with Canadian education institutions and service providers. It will also facilitate Scholarship Funds in partnership with World University Services of Canada (WUSC) and other partners.

This initiative is a key strategic objective to grow the company’s LEARNING brand of services globally starting with the MENA Region where we have a comparative advantage. CLIC will initially begin programming in Iraq, Libya, Tunisia and Mauritania in 2016-2017. We have conducted the research and identified the demands in these specific areas:

  1. Provide short-term training in-country; training courses to government, public and the private sector in management.

  2. Provide summer training and some specialized training in Canada. There are many opportunities for professionals to come to Canada to be trained at Canadian institutions.

  3. Provide certified education from Canadian institutions: English as a Second Language (ESL), management, health sector services, management and IT for college certification.

  4. Provide brokerage services; there are many people seeking to come to Canada to study at colleges and universities. This service is in high demand in particular because Canada is perceived as an excellent destination for education

Therefore, CLIC is seeking a professional with the demonstrable experience to lead the implementation of the strategic objectives of CLIC-LEARNING.
