About

I am currently in my third year as a student at Carleton University in Ottawa, ON, majoring in Global and International Studies with a Specialization in Global Development and a Minor in Economics.

I plan to graduate with an Honours Bachelor of Global and International Studies (BGInS) degree that is jointly offered by the Faculty of Public Affairs and the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences at Carleton University in 2025. My specialization in Global Development has provided invaluable insight and interdisciplinary knowledge that has helped me think critically about how to approach issues surrounding inequality and poverty on a global scale from many different disciplinary views. Additionally, my minor in economics is allowing me to further specialize my studies to explore development from a strictly economic discipline. My travel experience has brought to my attention the social disparities and injustice in this world which has inspired my goal for the future; working within the field of international development.

I am working towards gaining relevant work experience within the field of international development and applying to graduate programs to further my expertise in international development.
