NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Meeting (the “Meeting”) of the Members of the Canadian Association of International Development Professionals (“CAIDP”) will be held online on March 28, 2023 at 1:00 pm (EST) for the following purposes:
Universalia Management Group (UMG) invites professional consultants in the fields of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL), Performance Measurement, Quality Assurance, Strategic Planning, and Process Design and Facilitation to meet with us to discuss opportunities with our growing firm.
We are seeking talented, dynamic, values-driven and client-oriented consultants, as follows:
Senior Consultant: At least 10 years’ experience
Intermediate Consultant: At least 7 years’ experience
Consultant: At least 5 years’ experience
Position: Evaluation Analyst
Universalia is seeking two talented, dynamic, values-driven, and detail-oriented Evaluation Analysts.
At 4 pm on December 5, CAIDP is hosting the first in what we hope will become a series of events for Parliamentarians on important issues for international development.
This position is a key finance and admin team member, working closely with the Controller and the CEO to ensure the organization's smooth operation and fiscal integrity.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Accounting Manager is responsible for managing the accounting team and its day-to-day activities to ensure the maintenance of accurate, complete, and up-to-date accounting records. This position is currently hybrid with in-office work in Toronto OR Montreal.
