M&E and RBM Senior Consultant

We are looking for and M&E and RBM Senior Consultant with minimum 10-15 years of experience in M&E and RBM, including development of RBM and M&E tools and frameworks; strategic planning; capacity building in RBM and/or M&E; sound understanding of RBM and M&E processes and tools (e.g., logic models, indicators,
performance measurement frameworks); project or program monitoring.

This will be a 4-week, online course, running from Monday, July 10th to Friday, August 4th. We will meet on Zoom 2X a week from 12-1 on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and you will have access to course materials and assignments throughout the course, as well as the opportunity for Q&A by email and on Zoom. 

The introductory price for the course is $995, after June 23rd it will increase to $1495.

In our course we will cover:

Project Officer, Global Network of Women Legislators in Defence, Security and Peace Portfolios (WLID)

The upcoming Parliamentary Centre’s Women Legislators in Defence (WLID) project aims to establish a functional mechanism of women legislators in defence, security and peace portfolios for peer support and collaboration to address barriers to increased representation and meaningful participation of elected women in security portfolios, conflict-prevention and conflict-resolution.

Under the direct supervision of the Senior Project Manager, the Project Officer supports the implementation of WLID project in planning, implementing, and managing in line with funder agreements and other requirements, ensuring the project meets its objectives, targets, budgets, and timelines, with appropriate reporting and evaluation.

Senior Project Manager, Global Network of Women Legislators in Defence, Security and Peace Portfolios (WLID)

You are an accomplished advocate for women’s political empowerment, and effective legislatures and have demonstrated experience in democracy and governance support in a variety of challenging contexts. You understand it is essential to support inclusive participation in defence and security portfolios and peace processes. You understand what makes international networks effective and you have experience with advancing the Women’s Peace and Security (WPS) Agenda in national and international contexts. You have experience developing conflict-sensitive and trauma-sensitive programming and approaches.
